Centering sheet metal in tool for both steps is important.
Don’t let bars go out of parallel more than ½”.
Will only work on 26 gauge and thinner material.
Don’t exceed 40 ft lbs of torque on 3 cap screws.
Tool should be bolted down.
Use heavy gear lube or thick oil to lubricate threads and end of center bolt.
DO NOT put fingers between bars while compressing metal.

Tips for Quick lock tool.

Center bolt only may work on Bends 14" and smaller.
Practice on small pieces of scrap metal to learn how to use tool.
Tool can be operated by 3/8” Allen socket and socket wrench
For fastest operation cordless IMPACTS work well (avoid going over 40 ft lbs)
Crimp can be made tighter by compressing with BACK of hand seamer
